PRISM is a HIPAA-covered platform. Protected Health Information is never used for marketing or advertising purposes. Our SOC 2 certification demonstrates our commitment to security best practices.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Clinical data is retained in accordance with applicable healthcare record retention requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, regular security assessments, and continuous monitoring. While no system is completely secure, we are committed to protecting your data using best practices.
